RatedStylists is a marketplace platform connecting beauty and wellness professionals with clients. We facilitate bookings but are not directly responsible for the services provided by individual salons.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the salon. Payment terms are set by individual salons. Cancellation policies vary by salon and will be clearly displayed before booking.

6. Salon Partner Terms

Salons using our platform agree to provide accurate information, honor confirmed bookings, and maintain professional standards. RatedStylists reserves the right to suspend or terminate salon accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service
• To upload malicious code or content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RatedStylists and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

RatedStylists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
